Puerto López is an authentic fishing village located in the national park of Machalilla, on the Pacific Ocean coast. This village is famous for its local culinary specialities as well as for its Cultural and Natural Attractions.

Courses: Students from LA LENGUA may choose the number of Spanish lessons per day.

Accommodation: at the school's Bungalows that are located in the centre of Puerto López. Breakfast is included in the price.

Excursions: Take advantage of your stay in Puerto López to visit its surroundings!

· Isla of Plata: the fauna and flora of this island are similar to some islands of the archipelago of Galapagos (2 hours by boat from Puerto Lopez).

· Whale-watching (between June and September): their observation guarantees strong emotions!

·"Los Frailes": reputed to be the most beautiful beach in Ecuador.

· Agua Blanca: walks or horse rides through the tropical dry forest and visits to the Pre-Inca ruins (Valdivia, Machalilla, Chorrera, Manta).
