Optional additional week Yarina Lodge 8 days

Day 1 (Sunday)
Breakfast. Later on we will go back to Quito. Transfer to family, dinner, night bus to Coca ( 10 hours ) with spanish teachers. (optional flight to Coca on monday )

Day 2 (Monday)
Arrive in Coca. From Coca we will go by boat on the river "Rio Napa" up to the river "Rio Manduro"   ( approx. 1h ). You will then proceed to the Yarina Lodge, where you will stay. Lunch, 4 hours spanish lessons, dinner and accomodation in a cabaña.

Day 3 (Tuesday)
Breakfast. Excursion on the "socali path". You will have the opportunity to admire the incredible diversity of the local flora and fauna. From an observation tower, you will be able to observe the fascinating world of tropical forest birds or simply enjoy the splendid view ( approx. 4h ). Lunch, 4 hours spanish lesson, dinner and accomodation.

Day 4 (Wednesday)
After breakfast , you will take a walk along the Capibara path. You will get the chance to watch the fauna and flora on display everywhere around you. During the walk, a local guide will introduce you to the secrets of the various uses of medicinal plants. And you may fish for piranhas... an experience that you are not going to forget! Lunch at the lodge and 4 hours of spanish lessons in the afternoon. Dinner and accomodation.

Day 4 (Thursday)
Breakfast, 4 hours of spanish lessons, lunch. In the afternoon, you will learn about the weapons used in the Amazonien forest: Bodoquera / Cervatana. If you want, you may even take a "siesta" on one of the "Rio Napo" river beaches. At sunset you may sit on a boat and listen to the sounds of the forest. At night we will search for caimans......
Dinner and accomodation.

Day 6 (Friday)
Breakfast, 4 hours of spanish lessons, lunch. Return to Coca. Finally returning by night bus to Quito.

Day 7 (Saturday)
Arrival in Quito at approx. 6.00 am . Transfer to family. The rest of the day is at your disposal. 2 meals and family stay.

Day 8 (Sunday)
Breakfast, transfer to the airport and flight to your next destination.

The price includes:

Please take into consideration that certain circumstances might cause La Lengua to alter or cancell parts of   the program on short notice.   Some examples for altering or cancelling parts of the program are as follows:   Acts of God (floods, landslides, ect.), flight cancellations due to bad weather, government emergencies, and popular unrest.
